The UK Health & Safety Executive regard nets as their "preferred method of fall arrest when working at height". Safety nets protect workers on building sites, preventing serious injury and death. The benefits of safety nets:
- Unlike Personal Protection Equipment [PPE] safety nets allow workers to move freely
- They provide collective protection for all work and transportation in a secured area
- Should anyone fall, net provides a softer landing than rope because of its large deformations

Safety nets must be manufactured and installed according to the European standard EN 1263-1:2002, EN 1263-2 and the new Working at Height regulation 2005. All our netting complies with the stringent UK and European regulations and is tested in our unique, computerised in-house testing laboratory. Our safety nets are certified and bear the appropriate EN Safety mark.
